Reporting to Trust & Safety
Enuma's Trust & Safety inbox is monitored 24/7. Use whichever channel is easiest in the moment.
- Email: safety@enumamodel.com. Use this for incidents that don't map to a single user profile, or when you have evidence files larger than what the in-app form accepts.
- In-app: tap the Reportbutton on any user profile, message thread, or booking. The form pre-fills the context so you don't have to re-explain who is involved.
- Coverage: 24/7 monitored, with on-call escalation for incidents involving threats, assault, or minors.
What to report
If something on the platform feels wrong, report it. We would rather investigate a borderline case than miss a serious one. The list below is non-exhaustive.
- Harassment of any kind.
- Threats of violence.
- Sexual misconduct.
- Assault on set.
- Coercion or extortion.
- Identity fraud.
- Payment fraud.
- Anything involving a minor.
What to include
The more specific the report, the faster we can act. A good report covers:
- Date, time, location of the incident — including the time zone and venue address if it happened on a shoot.
- The other party's username — exact spelling, including the @ if you have it.
- What happened — be specific. “He grabbed my wrist when I tried to step away” is more actionable than “he was aggressive.”
- Evidence — screenshots of the in-app thread, photos, video, witness contact info. The in-app form accepts attachments.
- Prior pattern — anything that suggests the same user has done this before, with you or others.
Confidentiality
Your identity is protected from the reported user during the investigation. We will not share your name, username, or contact info with them. We will share the substance of the report so they can respond — but stripped of identifying detail wherever possible.
We will notify you of the resolution outcome. If the investigation results in a strike, restriction, or ban on the reported user, we'll let you know in general terms — we won't share private details of the other party's account.
We may be legally required to disclose information to law enforcement in cases involving criminal conduct, including under subpoena, court order, or mandatory-reporting statutes (see below). Where the law gives us discretion, we'll notify you before disclosing anything tied to your account.
Mandatory reporting
Enuma is legally required to report child-safety issues to the appropriate authorities. Reports involving minors are the highest-priority queue inside Trust & Safety and may trigger:
- Immediate platform action — account suspension or removal pending review.
- Notification to law enforcement and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- Preservation of all related account data, messages, and uploaded media for the duration of any investigation.
If you witness or suspect harm to a minor on the platform, report it immediately via safety@enumamodel.com. If a minor is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
